Used to be good when they were Bank of the West. Took forever to figure out how to talk to a representativw and they couldn’t even answer my question.
I had the best experience at this branch. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It's unusual to walk out of a bank in a better mood than when you walked in. Thank you for the great service!!!
