Bmo is the worst bank ever. Outsources their customer service to India and nobody knows what they are doing. Horrible horrible horrible.
Slow service. $10 fee to cash a check written by their own customer
Very friendly, answers all questions, great customer service and immediately got help.
Terrible service! I had an appointment today at 12:30pm. Waited 30 mins and no one acknowledged me. Very bad service. I wanted to give them a chance but now I’ll close my account. I’ll stick with Chase.
This bank is truly terrible. Waited over 30 minutes to be helped. Employees standing around but only 2 tellers open and they were to busy chit chatting and BLATENTLY FLIRTING with male customers to complete business and move the line quickly. When I complained to the branch manager....she told me that BMO may not be the right bank for me. No apology. No "I'll make sure it doesn't happen again". How unprofessional to be telling men with wedding rings on how very handsome they are. Gross. And shameless.
