I've used just about every major bank you can: Wells, BofA, US Bank, etc. They all have these red-tape issues and time constraints, and hidden fees. When I joined Bank of the West, it felt like a nice hometown-bank. Almost credit union-esque. The BMO Bank in Folsom has a shining star in their banker Kathleen M Curry. She saw that myself and my family were having a hard time and brought us water, helped us to find a place to charge our phones, and immediately helped my husband and his brother with their accounts. Bmo Bank plays Judge and executioner. They don’t believe in second chances and they treat their victims as the perpetrator. I had two experiences that happened where my account was fraudulently used and I thought I was doing business with a company found out. It wasn’t and I explained my situation… I paid for the loss that I caused BMO the bank said once you take care of the payment then everything will be fine… I have been with them for years so they know me very well.
