Ive been with BMO for about a year now and have had a really good experience, i love that i can bank anytime of the day without standing in huge lines and they treat you very well unlike bank of America or the worst bank of all time wells fargo both of those banks are god awful! And could care less about their customers!
Not happy with their credit card but the tellers are warm and welcoming, they always greet me by name
I've used just about every major bank you can: Wells, BofA, US Bank, etc. They all have these red-tape issues and time constraints, and hidden fees. When I joined Bank of the West, it felt like a nice hometown-bank. Almost credit union-esque. All my local friends worked there, they'd really work with you on missed payments, bill-pay, all the little things that can really add up when life takes a big left turn. We got the privilege to have Kathleen M Curry to help my brother and I with our banking issues. Greeted with patience and she got us waters. Highly recommend her to anyone wanting to getting their banking handled properly
The BMO Bank in Folsom has a shining star in their banker Kathleen M Curry. She saw that myself and my family were having a hard time and brought us water, helped us to find a place to charge our phones, and immediately helped my husband and his brother with their accounts.
