It's just not a good choice for banking. The teller, just no! On the flip side, as I was leaving, a young man came from behind his desk to open the door for me! Ultimately, just not a feel-good institution!

Can't use the ATM after hours, hours are like all banks: completely minimal.
The absolute worst banking experience I've had in my 40+ years of banking. Bank of the West was great. Since they transferred to BMO, horrible. You are just a number, not a customer. EVERYTHING is an ordeal. ATMs work about 25% of the time. Be prepared to wait 15/20min for a teller since they've fired/laid off a lot of the old Bank of the West employees. 1 teller working while another teller looks over their work, and a manager (Derick Olsen) oversees both of them.
