Amazing staff I have three favorites that work they remember their customers and are fun to talk to the only downside is it has nothing to do with the staff is the ATMs put holds on your checks forever and sometimes the branch is not even open even though it's business hours
Worst bank ever!! I use to be proud and promote BofW. Had them over 10years. They refuse to give me cash from a check I got my 401k. Then they put a block on my account over the weekend then they held a check for 14 days. I've never had problems in Tracy and Livermore branches. I will never suggest this bank ever again
Came here 6 mins before 5pm Monday & already closed when I came from across town. Very slow last time I was in without giving space between cashiers for covid safety when plenty of space to do so. I have to come inside the bank to deposit my checks because their automated deposit system has a 50/50 chance of kicking back my checks because there's my name & my minor foster child's name on it as well & this is the bank County Of Sacramento makes its payments through or I would have already left this bank long ago.
