Cashiers here are useless.. cant cash a $32 dollar cashiers check
Everyone who works here is great AND they have quarter rolls which is great!
This place is horrible. I have banked in West Virginia, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and now California. This Bank of the West is the most unprofessional and unhelpful bank I’ve ever been to. From the branch manager “Miguel” to Ricardo to the supervisor Jonathan. They closed my account because I work in the cannabis industry. They wouldn’t leave it open for another 1-2 weeks so I could receive my tax return. Even though I’ve been with them almost a decade. Worst branch. The people that work here including the manager have the worst attitude. It's amazing how this bank acts so rude and arrogant, but is still in business. Do not come here to waste your precious time. Go to another bank or branch.
