I was with Bank of Sierra because they were the local bank in town, previously Ojai Community Bank for 12 years. The ladies at the bank were always great. But, surprisingly they recently closed my account on a Friday, without notice, which lead to a return of my autopay for my credit card. Their claim was that I was using my personal account for business. Five Stars to Mary Floyd at the Ojai Branch. She is extremely knowledgeable , helpful and friendly.
Went in to Ojai branch to withdraw cash. Left with the love of my life. 5 Stars. Would recommend.
Deposited thousands of dollars in atm Christmas Eve; finally got the money two months later. Apparently they “didn’t have a record of it” and it took them this long to figure out they did Needless to say, I have fees now from my credit card for using the Sierra account to make a payment, which of course didn’t go through….
