This bank issued a Bill Pay check on my fathers account on 4/6 to the Hospice my dad had been in. He passed away on 3/30. The hospice did not accept payment because he died on 3/30 and was paid in full. The hospice sent me back the check and I got it 5/7. I closed all 3 accounts at this horrible bank last week. The was $9.00 left in the two checking accounts. I took the check for $1633.00 to the bank to get that money back and now the Corp Office is trying to tell me when THE BANK issues a bill pay check THEY don’t deduct it... read more

I’m not sure what’s going on with your customer service but I was unable to reach anyone by phone to deal with a simple matter. Called the 888 number and was put on hold for 10-15 minutes, called my local Clovis branch twice and was sent to voicemail (they only ever have one or two other customers when I go in, they are NOT overly busy); left a message and a number from Porterville called back while I was in the shower, when I called back I got sent to voicemail again.
