Really unprofessional staff. No wonder they were the bankers for the new resort next door. I used to love pagosa, not sure what happened
I was greeted with a smile and friendliness, but then when I made a request the smile went to a frown and hesitation to help. As a local, there’s a reason I don’t bank with them. I’ve also had bad experience with their off site management once when trying to open an account, so I didnt. I really would love to support a local bank, but I need better service.
The folks who work here are always friendly and helpful. I can't say the same for the off-site management, but when I go into this bank to deal with issues, they are wonderful!
This bank is very mid because my mom looks at my bank account so I am not spending a lot of money
