The folks who work here are always friendly and helpful. I can't say the same for the off-site management, but when I go into this bank to deal with issues, they are wonderful!
This bank is very mid because my mom looks at my bank account so I am not spending a lot of money
I used to really like this bank - especially the employees who work here in Pagosa Springs. Unfortunately, when my account seemed to disappear, nobody bothered to get back to me despite me leaving numerous messages. They cannot locate my account, don't recognize my email, and claim I am "inactive." I have been on hold waiting to speak to a real person, but no such luck. This is totally unacceptable.
Took til May of 2024 for them to get their own app and can’t even allow people to log in after hours on calls with services. DONT use this bank they only cause problems
