Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient for Westsiders.
I can't recommend David and his entire team at Bank of the San Juans more! They are friendly, professional and very community focused. I own a local bookkeeping firm and have many business clients (as well as myself) that use their services and their online platform and it is very user-friendly.
I have never had the displeasure of doing business with a more inconvenient bank. After all the struggle of even opening an account online, you then have to go into the bank in person to get a debit card. And you can't even use the online features for 90 days. So what even is the point?! To top it all off, there's a $10 closing fee when you close the account within 90 days. TL;DR - Don't bother.
I heard about Bank of the San Juans from my fiancé and decided to switch to them because I wanted more of a personal experience. I’ve dealt with larger corporate banks and haven’t had the greatest customer service. I’m happy to say that I’ve been banking with them for over 2 years now. The building is beautiful and the tellers immediately greet me with a smile every time I walked through the door.
