Awful customer service, I would never bank here. Employer issued paycheck needed to be cashed (Employer bank), the teller Tanner called employer to verify that they should pay me. Employer was astonished that he had to verify an automatic paycheck and if he didn’t answer id be SOL. They know how to make you feel like a crook for cashing a hard earned check.
What was formerly a small community bank has become a faceless bureaucratic corporate blob. I do most of my business with First Southwest Bank but decided to give BSJ a shot on one of my commercial loans. That was a huge mistake. They recently added an $18,000 erroneous charge for force placed insurance with zero communication and I'm now having to chase for a refund. Awful. You can’t get a hold of anyone when you have card issues.
They charged me extra fees that should have been charged and only fixed one of them, and when I called them and left four messages I never got a call back..
Very poor customer support. Haven’t been able to get online to my account in over a week. Their support people are totally confused as their system works different from different web sites,apps and browsers and changes all the time. Last person insisted that I must see yellow flowers on my screen image. Not my image or the bird that appeared, lol.
