Not sure what is going on at Bank OZK. I tried to open and CD and checking account and it was the most difficult experience I have ever had with any bank in the last 30 years. Took two weeks to finally get everything in order. Many phone calls and emails for days on end, and it’s still wasn’t correct. Had to stop in branch several times to straighten things out. Love this bank. Moved here from Colorado and luckily picked Bank OZK as my new AR bank. SO happy I did! Friendly and helpful. Great services like same day debit card if you get compromised. Last bank I was at took 2 weeks to send you a new card!

I would never use this bank as my personal bank. My business uses it so I have to go there. The service has went WAY down since Ms Judy left.
