Megan Burns and her associates were very polite and professional. She went as far as to learn the pronunciation of my difficult last name. The teller reiterate my transaction and made sure my needs were addressed. Very kind and professional!
Had a great experience with Alex Bogan @section line brach, Hot Springs Ar. I had to jump thru hope for an underwriting company and Mrs. Alex was so patient with me while I did not understand what all i was doing. She was patient and kind and made the bad experience (with all the information the underwriting company wanted) turn around into a pleasant experience.
