We closed on our dream home Jan 22, 2026. Heather Nipper truly went above and beyond with helping us accomplish our purchase even though we were ill prepared! It was an opportunity that we couldn't pass up and she went all in - full force with us on making it happen. She is genuine, clearly hardworking, incredibly helpful and communicative.
