very poor customer service I had to deal with a mortgage specialist there and if her attitude is any indication of what the whole gamut of employees are like I would drive an hour to go someplace else. They are hostile and argumentative and she gave me the third degree instead of practical advice and information about mortgage products they offered. If their employee's time is so precious they can't be bothered with customers then maybe they should review their employees.
