Everyone is super friendly and never to much of a wait
Very rude over the phone, while being almost impossible to get ahold of.
This bank has unreliable ATMs. Their ATM machine at 899 Pearl Street just failed to dispense $500.00 cash but withdrew the funds from my account. I *might* get a "provisional credit" in 10 business days. Find a bank that has newer generations of ATM machine that do not cause a major headache to someone every time the machine runs out of cash. When I walked inside the bank they were most unhelpful.
they are the worst bank it took me 6 months to close escrow and now it takes me 45 days to get my $3600 back from escrow hold back and its all due to LISA McLUSKY IN BEND,OR I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT CASCADES BANK AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
