Love the staff here. They make it super easy to walk in and ask any question you have. All banks have regulations, but the staff here works hard to keep access to your money as frustration free as possible.
I have called for 3 weeks now and hadn’t got a call back from the manager. This is unacceptable.
The people here are sometimes snobby and won’t call you back. I’m thinking about closing my account.
A great banking experience with a warm, friendly staff. I love banking here and have been with them since they opened about 25 years ago.
