I came to the bank today and I talked to Miss HEBA and she was so nice. I was so stressed out because somebody took some money out of my account and I needed to pay my rent on stressed out. I came in. She helped me she’s trying to set me up with a credit card for my business. I would advise anybody to talk to her at this branch and about me being rich and ghetto she’s she understand everybody personality.
Overall, my experience with the Live Oak branch of Bank of Texas was disappointing. The bank’s systems and processes seem rigid, and customer service even when polite feels unhelpful. If you need reliable access to your money, clear communication, and someone who’ll take responsibility rather than pass you around, this branch didn’t deliver. I hope they improve, because with the location and basic facilities they have, there is potential. But until that happens, I’ll be looking to move my banking elsewhere.
