I have been at Bank of Texas before it was Bank of Texas. Around 1979 to today in 2025. I love my bank and praying for all the employees and staff. Awesome people.
Hello, very bad service, I received with the same person, the first one had to wait 15 minutes and today I waited more than 5 minutes, I go inside the bank like this, I enter and look and they are not busy, the name, I don't remember the person, it's a man, I've been with you for more than 15 years, I've never happened twice with the same person

Discriminatory comments that they would not help me today. Manager behind the teller ordered clerks not to assist claiming superiority. Name calling and discriminatory address at teller. Interactions with both bank locations has been unprofessional.
