The service from the staff there is terrible. You go in to open an account—with an appointment—and then they say they can't help you and tell you to come back later. If they can't be bothered to serve customers, they shouldn't work in customer service.
Worst service , not friendly and, they always take too long in the drive through . I decided to close my account .
Good bank!
They are short staffed most of the time. Waited around 15 minutes for a cash withdrawal at the drive through while I was the only car in line.
Best service I ever had the associate in office manager really comfort me when I got super upset I will always come back here great employees and great women
