I visited this Bank of Texas location around noon today to make a withdrawal. I understand and appreciate a bank taking steps to verify a customer’s identity and protect an account. That was not my issue. I initially provided an ID with my former address. When the teller said the address did not match and asked for additional information, I located and provided my ID with my updated address. Tacoma and Juanita they made my day when I came into this branch. I was having a very bad day, but I was talking to them. God is so good. I advised anybody to come here and talk with these sellers. They are so nice.
