The drive thru service at the Lake Worth branch has been closed for months and there is no sign of reopening. It's very inconvenient to have to use lobby for every banking transaction. Changing bank asap
Previous mortgage sold to BOK. Would NEVER do business with this company by choice. Mortgage payment paid and taken out of my checking 5 days prior to due date. Received a call from them that payment had not been received and was now late, there was a late fee and pending being reported to the credit bureau. Went to my bank, they showed payment had been made. They absolutely refused to accept that the payment error could have been within their office. Obtained a Mortgage thru them, nightmare dealings, I did all the legwork, couldn't get figures correct, today I find out mortgage payments set up are wrong because they didn't figure escrow correctly. will be 6 months getting this fixed. Your asking for trouble using them STAY FAR AWAY !!!!
Horrible Bank! We have been with them for years, went through the class action lawsuit due to their multiple fee issues . Well it continues. They continue to process higher amount items to cause overdraft and fees. Even processing checks sameday for deposit when its passed their own policy timeframe. Customer service is HORRIBLE between the expressbank (they know nothing and cannot help you) and the Production Services Department. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

The bank has researched and provided the client with a resolution to address the concerns. The bank has also issued the client a letter to follow up regarding the resolution.
They don't even deserve one star. Accidentally overdraw by 8 dollars and had money in the account after 10 PM BEFORE they charged overdraft fees and they still charged me 32.50 twice even though money was there. I called Express bank and they told me they had a right to still charge that because it was after 10 that I got money in the account. NEVER USE THEM!!!! THEY ARE THIEFS AND SHADY TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!
Been a customer of bank of Oklahoma for 8 years and always have played them back. but now that I'm needing a little help all they say to me no is we can not help you at this time they talk about loyalty all the time and all they are is layers

These folks have terrible customer service. In order to speak to any one you have to call and leave your number a wait for a call back on their time. I was told I'd get a call back in 24 hours. I waited and no call so I called again and was told 48. That wasn't true either. In this day and age it should not be this difficult to communicate, unless you are intentionally avoiding people.
They handled our mortgage, and were superb from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly and professionally things were handled.
The bank has the worse teller EVER in their drive through window. She caused my account severe problems because a deposit was not handled correctly. I made a deposit of $75.00 ($60.00 cash and $15.00 check). She issued the deposit receipt as a $75.00 total deposit but did not have any cash on the receipt so when she did her counting at the end of the day, she changed my deposit to a $15.00 deposit.
