Went in to close my account today. I had my son with me who is on the spectrum and he was being a bit.. himself. The lady at the front kept giving both of us death glares. After telling her my reason for the visit she asked "is there some reason you're closing your account?" With an attitude. I told her because I am combining accounts with my husband elsewhere. Hoy fui atendido por la señora Ruth Sanchez, tenia agendado dos citas para mis hermanos a las 4;00 pm, al preguntar primero decian que no habia ninguna cita programada y al mostrarles las citas pues luego decian que no estaban en el sistema, luego decidieron solo hacer una sola cita porque no les daba tiempo, no entiendo como se realiza una cita ONLINE y cuando llegas pues no te atienden. solo querian hacer una porque no habia personal para hacer la otra, realmente nos sentimos muy incomodos en esa situaci'on, si no tienen d... read more
