If I could give the Walnut Hill Bank location an 0-star review, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with Edgar, a banker at this location, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I contacted the branch to ask a straightforward question regarding the process for closing out my IRA with Bank of Texas. Very easy to use, lots of locations and there is never a long line!
The services offered by Bank of Texas have been just what I needed to build my own CD savings. They have great interest rates and I have seen more growth than if I had stayed with my previous retirement savings account! This branch particularly is always very welcoming. Edgar is typically always there when I come in and he greets me by name! Other staff members are just as polite and welcoming at the door.
