This has to be the worst location that Bank Of Texas has. They fail to make me feel as a valued customer and this is on multiple visits to this located. L
Jena I was having problems with my account. She helped me out. Gave me a printout. Tell me what I can do. Oh my God I was just having a bad day. She just really brighten my day today. I advised anybody to talk to her about your account.
Overall, my experience with the Live Oak branch of Bank of Texas was disappointing. The bank’s systems and processes seem rigid, and customer service even when polite feels unhelpful. If you need reliable access to your money, clear communication, and someone who’ll take responsibility rather than pass you around, this branch didn’t deliver. I hope they improve, because with the location and basic facilities they have, there is potential. But until that happens, I’ll be looking to move my banking elsewhere.
