Jena I was having problems with my account. She helped me out. Gave me a printout. Tell me what I can do. Oh my God I was just having a bad day. She just really brighten my day today. I advised anybody to talk to her about your account.
Overall, my experience with the Live Oak branch of Bank of Texas was disappointing. The bank’s systems and processes seem rigid, and customer service even when polite feels unhelpful. If you need reliable access to your money, clear communication, and someone who’ll take responsibility rather than pass you around, this branch didn’t deliver. I hope they improve, because with the location and basic facilities they have, there is potential. But until that happens, I’ll be looking to move my banking elsewhere.
A very caring staff that listens and doesn't push for the clients to buy the banks products and services
As a none customer, who walked in with the intention to open an account impression was lasting. I came in because I had used the atm and got hundreds of dollars in $20 bills. I went in to see if they could assist and possibly open a new account but there were 2 tellers who seems like I was disturbing a nap at 11:30 am. The from door was locked and no one budged to open the door or to tell me to use a different door. Just lack of professionalism and I am happy to say I walked out with 5 mins and taking my business elsewhere.
