As a none customer, who walked in with the intention to open an account impression was lasting. I came in because I had used the atm and got hundreds of dollars in $20 bills. I went in to see if they could assist and possibly open a new account but there were 2 tellers who seems like I was disturbing a nap at 11:30 am. The from door was locked and no one budged to open the door or to tell me to use a different door. Just lack of professionalism and I am happy to say I walked out with 5 mins and taking my business elsewhere.
Sharon W acted as if she couldn’t open a business acct without printing the paper. Alex A had me jumping through loops to open a business acct just to accuse me of doing fraud at the end. I’ve never done anything fraudulent in my life. Chris C the manager does not know how to defuse a situation stating he is trying to protect clients as I’m trying to become one. Bottom line it was giving they don’t want black young entrepreneurs to open businesses accts. I never been treated like this at a bank ever. It was truly disgusting ... read more
