Tellers / staff at this location are always friendly, so I have no complaint there, however, Bank of Tennessee utilizes a third party that flags fraud on each of our accounts. They flag my account all the time and my card gets shut off. The problem is that they do not email, text, or call to let me know that my card is shut off which always leads to embarrassment when I attempt to use my card. They locked my wife’s account then the fraud department won’t unlock our card so come tomorrow we will no longer bank with them we will be pulling every dollar from our account
Not a great bank based on friends experiences. Do not bank here at all!
