This review is overdue. I went into the bank to open an account and it was truly the best banking experience I ever had. I was shocked by the Black MEN that had come in while I was waiting... They exuded pleased with their bank... It was clear they had banked at this branch for years ( reference to a lil girl getting so big in one situation reflected that also) Something I hadn't seen in years. This bank gave me trouble for just for asking to exchange 100$ into 5 twenties.
Would not recommend financing with them. They refuse to give you access to any statements of up to date payments you’ve made, when you call to give access to them, they have a nasty attitude about it. I made my final payment and they decided to add more to it. They do not notify you about any updated info. I’ve gotten into a heated argument with manager just because I made an 1k payment over my needed amount and wanted some to go towards my principal instead of my regular payment. worst bank ever. Used them for an auto loan. the online system is flawed. the information I need to access is in a hidden section through several menus. the customer service team, while nice, has about twelve different departments to go through to get questions answered. With my questions about 40% resolved I was transferred back to make another payment, but was sent to voicemail. Currently in the process of refinancing a two month old loan to get away from this bank.
