We're all for progress and glad Bank of Stockton is relocating and building a new branch that will have better access into their parking lot in Oakdale. But must we endure jackhammers behind our homes at 6:30am on a Sunday morning? We were told by the City and the planners that construction would be kept to M-F business hours. That's been deviated from plenty but we've let it slide. But the jackhammer goes too far. Please stop.
