Went in there today to the Wabash branch.Will never go back. Did not want to help me. They were also very rude. Went across the street to the INB bank. They were very willing to help me and also polite in doing so. Again I can't believe the poor customer service I received at the Bank of Springfield. I guess you live and learn!
I had a incident that happened back in 2017 with a bad check. I went to try to open another account. They told me that I can't open another account because of it. The incident happened back in 2017. All they gotta do is set it up where I can't make any mobile deposits
