Staff is polite and attentive to the needs of its customers
Every person in there is professional and nice im switching to them soon
Went in there today to the Wabash branch.Will never go back. Did not want to help me. They were also very rude. Went across the street to the INB bank. They were very willing to help me and also polite in doing so. Again I can't believe the poor customer service I received at the Bank of Springfield. I guess you live and learn!
