I've never had a bad experience dealing with anyone at this bank.
I went through the driveway ATM. I like their ATM because all ATMs I've ever used, you had to get increments of $20. Here you can do $10 increments. I got $50 out for the first time when all I needed was $50. Any other ATM I would have had to get $60 out to get the $50 I needed for my payment and then I'd wind up wasting the extra $10. So in a way, this bank is helping me save $10 every month that I used to waste!
