When I walked into the bank I asked a blonde middle aged worker a question who was sitting at the desk closest to the doors and as she directed me to the person who can help me she mistook me as a woman and used she, when I told her oh I'm not a girl she ignored me and I though oh she didn't understand or hear me and I said "you called me she and her", instead of responding back her facial expression switched from happy to either very disgusted or disapproving. I have had an account at this bank for less than a year. Usually I have very positive experiences with easy transactions and helpful customer service. I went to their drive-thru shortly before closing. I had a cash deposit, some bills, some change. I had carefully double-counted the money before leaving my house. I filled out the form, sent the money up.
