Just rolled over my term deposit again at BoQ Frankston, where I have been a customer for over 5 years now. Fantastic service. Staff can not do enough to help. Try and ring any other banks and get personal service on the phone the most obliging staff ANY WHERE. OLD Fashion personal service we use to get years ago
I have been with this bank since 2013, I can honestly say every time I have gone into this branch for anything, I have been helped in a friendly and professional way. What I love most is that the staff (Andrea) remembers my name every time I come in. Its so much nicer than feeling like an insignificant number. I have no monthly fees charged on my transaction accounts, good old fashioned service.
Very bad in home loan never 👎 trust this branch. Manager so rude & unprofessional.
