I visited the bank for services of work I was never greeted the tellers was looking at me with a awkward look I felt extremely uncomfortable probably because of my Race or ethnicity its seems like a very nice bank but the customer service can be better
Unbelievably slow, inside and out. We have been banking with BOOM for 10+ years and this location is awful, will be moving banks as it’s getting worse.
The staff here are very polite, welcoming, and professional! Shout out to the lead teller and new accounts personnel for helping me when someone got access to my debit card. They quickly closed my card in minutes before any serious damage could be done.
