10-16-2019: Update. Chad McGee , the mortgage supervisor got back to me immediately , listened and wanted to resolve the issue quickly. He contacted the main bank and I received a refund of my appraisal fee on 10-7-2019. So very happy it was resolved quickly once I spoke to the right person. He also said he thinks he can work with me on my situation and get me refinanced. So we will see. Dealing with Bank of Oklahoma has been a nightmare. And I'm not even their customer, the couple buying my property is. I will never recommend them to anyone based on how this has been handled. They just keep doing extensions.
I got my first house mortgage with this bank and has been banking for them for the past 10 years. I would never come back to them. After 5years of my mortgage i requested to remove PMI, Which i pay $149 everything, they refused to help or remove PMI from my mortgage accound. I tried calling, writing a letter and going in person.
