I had multiple transactions that I needed to take care on the day of my visit. I even deposited my check that I won from publishers clearing house on this visit. Even though the check was only for ten dollars, the tellers treated me very well just like I was royalty and had just deposited a million dollar check from PCH.

Ridiculous hours in a the most congested area of Norman. The branch at 36th and Main is SO much better!

On a number of occasions BOK has helped me out of a pickle. I didn't know what to do but the staff met our needs perfectly. Friendly

In May of this year I had a decent-sized settlement check come in and was able to take care of purchasing some things that I’d needed for awhile. My spending/number of transactions went up about 300%. As should be expected from the law of averages, out of dozens of transactions, I had three that did not go as they should, and I filed complaints (one was outright theft that resulting in the termination of an employee who was found to be out embezzling from that particular business.)
