Since my recent move to Andover I’ve been in search of a local bank. I was excited to start a checking account with Bank of New England because of there close proximity to my new place. The woman whom I spoke with this morning wasn’t just highly unprofessional but she also knew nothing about her bank or what they offer their customers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone open an account here, at least not at the Haverhill St. branch in Andover, MA. I’m quite appalled by my experience and equally annoyed that the search continues.
