I came to cash out a check 10 minutes before closing and Claudia greeted us super excited and friendly , not even an attitude about the fact we came so close to closing ! She was so so so sweet and we tried tipping her but she refused following her jobs policy and asked me to just leave a review for the company instead ! She is amazing and deserves a raise ASAP thank you to her !!!
My visit was great. No complaints, the staff was friendly and helpful and patient. They validated our parking and had us in and out quickly. Please know this bank is more of a business account bank…I wouldn’t go here trying to open a personal account.

I work for a firm that's been banking with BON for many years and I have to visit all the banks in the valley from time to time, this location the most. And I must say that my experience at all the locations is good for the most part, but the downtown location has always been the most delightful every year. All the ladies there are always friendly, considerate, and proactive. The very best customer service that Bank of Nevada has to over is found here!
