Although I am yet to visit the branch, however I received a call from the branch from individual name Gaurav to collect some mortgage document and all I can say he or the team (if thats the training everyone gets) needs to learn to show courtesy and warmth while speaking with the customer even while informing about items to collect, he seemed in hurry, demanding and cared less of current situation through the conversation.
