Wanted to get money from a joint account I have with my husband, with the COVID restrictions we could not both be present to sign together, explained that my husband was in the car with my children while I come first then go back to the car and my husband would come in to sign and she was just so rude and just told me no I can’t do this when I’ve done it before with other staff members! Customer service is excellent and more than helpful in anything related or to do with banking details 👌👍
No respect for the customer, they just wanted your business. Once your signed up with them, they forgotten about you.
