Time to change banks. Another branch closing. Closed the pines. Closed Chirnside Park. Can't trust online banking. Have to travel 45minutes to the nearest branch.
Came on a thursday at 3pm and they are meant to close at 4 but closed at 2, not even open saturday and sunday although it says 24/7 customer service, jesus get a grip.
Where do I start… had my primary account blocked for no reason and then because of the digital chat offered by bank of Melbourne my account was further blocked for 7/10 days and meant that all my money was stuck an unable to be accessed until the 10 days had expired. I had second account that Centrelink paid a crisis payment into and then on that same day I received the payment into the account they decided to also block that account and denied my online access forcing me to go to the nearest breach to fix the problem but th... read more
