It was really good
Not good at all
Extremely short-staffed and poorly managed. One staff member who’s been there for years couldn’t answer even the simplest mortgage questions—spent 20 minutes mumbling without any real help. Eventually another staff member stepped in to rescue the situation after I became visibly frustrated. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
Fantastic these days to find a branch that's open. Love it - friendly, helpful staff
