I have had an account at this bank for several years. Unfortunately, this branch is always busy due to poor management. The employees of this branch do not consider people's time and keep people waiting for hours for the smallest banking task. In the end, their advice is to solve your problem using the app.
The worst customer service i have seen in years. Very poor product knowledge. Run. Just run.
Terrible service. Staff does not know how to deposit a cash cheque.
Something to keep in mind when selecting a new bank: The staff bank of Melbourne hire are the most incompetent I've seen. So far, EVERY time I've had to go into the branch to fill out a pointless form to change virtually anything, they've lost the form and I've had to go in again. Not once have they successfully done their job. No, it's not just this branch either.
Awful customer service experience...female tellers here so rude and even the manager didnt deserve to be working there
