Worst experience ever
I went to the bank today and was very disappointed with the service. There were two Chinese staff members assisting two Chinese customers, and they were speaking in Chinese together for more than half an hour. Meanwhile, the queue was getting longer — it was almost halfway through the branch — and no one seemed concerned about the waiting customers. It felt very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
