After staying with the Bank of Melbourne for 7 years we are moving our home loans to Ubank. Why? Because the bank offers new customers who refinance up to $4000 and existing customers who refinance ........... nothing. Goodbye BOM. Maybe we will see you in 12 months time as "new" customers.
