Natalie and the team had been fantastic to deal with. The team was generously patient and determined to dispute and resolve an issue that had been difficult to rectify.
Fantastic service . Great team environment. Jarmila ( H Finance manager ) Kept me up to date on the progress of my H/L approval every step of the way. There was never any need to contact her, she was already on it with regular updates via phone calls - nice personal touch . Been with a few banks in the past, Definitely staying with Bank of Melbourne CS for all future banking needs.
