People just walked from my back and jumped the queue yesterday. Hopefully this place will have better services to guide a person who comes in like commonwealth bank in Box Hill branch close by. Sorry about the three stars rating after I saw the others gave a one and five star rating before me. When I heared someone in High education talked about try to value things by the lowest and highest, while I was kind of not getting it yet.
Frustratingly poor customer service at BOM Box Hill. Very poor communication & inadequate staffing at service desk resulting in >30 minute wait times.
It's such a dodgy branch to deal with. I'd rather travel longer and visit the Doncaster branch. The manager here was hopeless and kinda rude. No wonder you keep shutting down your branches.

They have no clue of what they are doing. I applied for a credit card, was approved. They even emailed me the first month's bill. The actual credit card was never sent to me. Their customer support is non existent. Wont recommend at all
