Me and my partner visited this bank on Wednesday, 1st of November 2023 at 12:50pm. Bank was temporarily closed. Standard hours on Wednesday say 9:30am-4pm. A lady who was passing nearby told they going to open at 1:30pm as that’s what she got told. Few minutes later at 1pm, two women staff members came chatting to each other. (One appeared to be white and other seemed asian with slight dark complexion). Both came and advised that we are short staffed and about to have lunch for an hour. Lady said we will open at 2pm. BoM gets a star for the friendly staff. We have a home loan and the processing times have been horrendous. We sent a progress payments invoice back in September and we just heard back from our builder saying the bank has not paid it yet. Come on, really? Very disappointed! As soon as I can I will switch to a different bank. Going with BoM was definitely the wrong choice.
The workers at this branch are so careless, so rude and so unaware of any professionalism, it makes you wonder how they got their jobs there.
