I was in a pinch with cashing a check and I had to make a last min dash to Bank of Marin. The friendly staff there was happy to help me out with cashing it and getting the money I needed on the spot. Thank you Bank of Marin P.S. My Middle name is Marin.

Went there to get 200 out of the atm and the atm did not dispense any cash. Instead I received an error message. Spoke to a bank employee about it and they said they would need to audit the atm. They called me back and said that they were over 200 in there count of the atm. Then they told me I needed to file a claim on my own money. Complete BS. They just stole my cash and now I haft to file a claim. Total nonsense at this bank.

I love the employees at this bank. Very efficient, friendly and always looking out for me and my family. My handicapped daughter went to the bank to cash a check with her caretaker. The bank called me to confirm that this was okay. Above and beyond!

Bank associates treat customers on a First name basis and are extraordinarily attentive... Any account activity that might appear unusual results in a securing personal phone call to insure the security of your account.

Super friendly. But they pay the lowest interest in the country and charge for checks do not make mortgage loans and often charge for wires. Sit down service and plenty of parking in a suburban style stopping center.
