Why would anyone use this bank? Clients cannot send wires transfers without physically coming into the branch. That would be a deal breaker, but it gets worse. There's no central service office; they refer to a branch. And branch (e.g., Alameda) customer service is horrible - the person answer the phone puts me on hold because someone walked into the branch. Is there only one person working there?
