I was in the market for a home loan. Tried numerous lenders only to get turned down. I was introduced to Ian Hwang from bank of hope. Ian went above and beyond to make nothing into everything for me. Where all other banks turned me away and never offered me any other options. Ian pulled a miracle and saved me from becoming homeless to purchasing a home. Big shout out to Ian. I don’t usually write reviews, but our experience with the Bank of Hope mortgage team truly compelled me to share. Special thanks to Ian Hwang and Janet Yu for their outstanding support. We were fortunate to find a home in our ideal neighborhood, but the seller needed to close quickly due to an upcoming relocation. I was shopping for a loan for an investment property in Texas and my realtor gave Ian Hwang's contact. It was pleasant to talk to Ian over the phone. And he offered me a great rate , which was far better than what I had shopped from other lenders. He went above and beyond to find the best loan option for me and I ended up going with a DSCR loan. The process was quite straight forward. I will definitely work with him again for another investment properties in the near future.
