I lost my debit card and asked them if they can make a new one. They said their system is down. I asked if the Gardena location can make a new one. They said their system was down and they cannot make one. That is not true as I went to the Gardena location and they made my debit card that day. I opened new account today. I am very satisfied with my experience at this bank. The staffs are friendly, professional and willing to help with any questions I have
My experience at the Bank of Hope wasn't too good I automatically felt discrimination when I walked inside. The Workers are all Korean or some sort of Asian decent and I guess when they saw a woman of my "Color/Ethnicity it was a little Shocking I'm assuming. Now I can't say they all we're unprofessional but when there's 2 or more is Enough to Speak about it.
