Despite having no other customers, they made me wait and told me that my request would take a long time. When I stood at the counter to ask a question, they acted as if I was interfering with their work and told me to step away and wait elsewhere. It seems like this is a place where employees only handle tasks they personally want to do. Their facial expressions, attitude, and tone were rude, unprofessional, and certainly not friendly.
