Heavily under staffed. Thus, employees had to run around like a chicken with its head cut off. Though they tried to take more customers in shorter period of time to cut the wait time; it made customer service even worst because I felt as if, I was kinda rushing myself seeing them worrying about the next customer while they were talking to me. Monday and Friday are always busy day for the bank, if that the case why don't you hire more employees or may be part timers if possible to provide the better service?

ATM고장도 너무 자주나고 안되는 시스템이 너무 많습니다. 한국말로 할 수 있는거 빼곤 많은것들이 불편합니다.
