I don’t have an account with them, but every time I used their ATM to withdraw cash, it was in service and operated smoothly. I also appreciated not having to wait in long lines. Overall, my experience with their ATM services was excellent.

25 minutes and two employees to cash a small check. Worst bank I ever been to.
Seriously the WORST experience at a bank ever. They're such mean nasty people here. No customer service skills at all. And if you're not asian don't expect an ounce of respect, don't even expect to be treated like a person. Gosh they're so awful.
