Great people, exceptional service.
They aren't open on Saturdays & customer service has got worse since the changes. It's definitely not small town service anymore. Updated Review: 06/16/26 I received the nicest phone call from Karen explaining the change of hands. I was very frustrated with the change on Monday because I'm not tech savvy. However, the ladies that walked me through it were patient and I was successful in opening my app. I appreciated the call from Karen very much.
Can't get ahold of anyone in customer service!! I've been trying to call them for two days. They were suppose to call me back but I haven't received the call! I can't do anything online. It locked me out. I guess I'll drive 20 miles to talk to someone. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Not a good way to keep long time good customers! I'm shopping today for a new bank that's closer and more reliable to customer service!
Great staff inside, willing to go a ove and beyond. Cant but help to wanna go inside to deposit.
